Meet our Family!

Holt-oram syndrome (HOS) has run in our family for at least six generations.  It is caused by a rare genetic mutation in the TBX5 gene.  Most cases of HOS are passed down through generations, though some new cases do occur.  Our main goal is to share how we manage everyday struggles and work to ensure a productive future for our children Pandora, Jude and Moira.
